Solo Adventure

Took my first solo adventure today! Thought i would keep it simple so i went somewhere i could walk to in 5 minutes and i knew how to get home from!!! One block to the left and turn right at the cross street and i have a fantastic little block of shops. there is a little grocery store along with individual store front shops with meat, poultry, seafood, a bakery, fresh produce a couple of places with prepared food to take home, a couple little cafes, blockbuster (hahahaha!!!), a chinese restaurant, a couple of salons, and a few other things. Very convenient!!!! I went to Kikko coffee shop and got an iced hazelnut latte, the hazelnut flavor was added by a nice little scoop of hazelnut gelato! Yummy! I also got a turkey Piadina, basically a turkey sandwhich wrap in a flat bread that they grilled real fast so it was crunchy and warm. Sat out on the patio, its about 78 f out with a light breeze- perfect weather! After I ate i walked through the open air produce shop, they had quite aselection which made me very excited! Can't wait to do some cooking with thing i collect just down the way! Fresh! Local! YEA!!!!!
