Rembroza

After handing out roughly 20 resumes, I may have a job opportunity!! While looking at restaurants in Brighton, about a 15 min drive from our neighborhood, I finally talked to an actual manager! The name of the restaurant is Rembroza. Hip decor with yummy sounding food, very similar in some ways to the menu at pizza antica. I spoke with Danny the manager on duty and he set me up for a trial shift this friday night @5! I am a little nervous because I think they may just be throwing me right in there, but I'm pretty confident in my skills. I brought home a menu so I can study what they have and I'm convincing Csaba that we should go there for dinner Thursday night so I can get a feel for how things run and taste some of the food. I'm pretty excited since from the looks of things it would be a good fit and much more convenient than downtown. Everyone keep your fingers crossed! REMBROZA
